Make it work correctly.
Links to print invoice or receipt don't work in Internet Explorer and rarely work in Chrome. Your whole thing is VERY TEMPERAMENTAL! Based on my experience as a customer, I would never subject my customers to this frustration.

Optimum Scrolling
QuickBooks does not allow optimum scrolling ability sometimes while using a handheld device (iphone, tablet, etc.). An improvement in this area would be greatly appreciated - perhaps consolidate all information in a small area on one screen to avoid having to sign-on to desktop to pay.

My experience was awful, and this box doesn't accept enough characters. Took me to a "takes longer" option & link to nothing helpful
Have a way to directly email customer service 24/7 - not a generic "contact us" link that provides no direct help nor way to actually contact you outside of your business hours. I was completely unable to reset my password; never experienced this trying to reset a password anywhere else. Revisit our password reset customer journey.

Please refund the $34.39 crfedit card fee. We did not have that option upon payment.....
Please refund the $34.39 card fee. We could not change the amount upon payment, and we should not be charged for fees you do not have to pay. Thank you!
