When I login, let me select one of the accts to use to pay an invoice. Don't make me enter information that you already have.
You already have the information for each of the accounts in my business. Don't make me enter routing and account information that you already have.
Let me see the current balances in each account, and then pay with whatever account is appropriate by simply selecting it.

Fees
It seems that being charged to pay is a strange way to do business.
I would think you would want to encourage, loyal, good paying customers
to pay and not discourage them. I have to pay you to pay you?!?!.
Drop the quote un quote "handling fees".
Clean Communities provides the best trash service in the business. We have used several and that is a fact. You don't need these types of tactics to make money, just keep providing the great service that you do and word of mouth will make you the money you deserve.1 vote -
At check out, ask us if the card saved, used last is card is what we want to use this time.
Ask if we want the card on file as payment. Have to confirm that card on file. I didn't pay attention, and almost used a different card that I used before.

It took me four days to get the link to work to put my card information in. I cant download my receipt either. I would suggest another site.

You have a button evidently allowing me to download my receipt. It doesn't work.

make three tabs for payments, credit card, debit card or check. Make it so you have to choose a field.
change the field to make you choose either credit card, debit card or check. I just was on the phone with my credit card company for 30 minutes to try to fix a problem that should have already been figured out.
I should not be able tom process until I personally choose one of the three fields.1 vote -

Invoice does not take the existing credit balance from the previous month's vacation estimate, although the statement rec'd earlier does.
Take existing credit or outstanding balances into account on the invoice.
