4. leave option open to pay more than thirty five dollars.

   I received a bill for $96 and only found this one bill in my email. I need to pay more than $35. If you leave the option open for over $35 people can then pay ahead if they so choose.

15. Add a direct QB tech support tel # in case of issues logging-in or getting verified thru your system.

    The automated system failed to send verification code to my registered cell phone. How do get this fixed? Customer service transfers to Merchant Acct Services --- and MAS back to customer service. Nobody knows tech support for clients trying to PAY bills and how to fix this verification process.

    Please make your invoice payment Mac friendly. I could not pay with Safari. Also, there are so many suggestions and complaints about not user friendly. But none of them have been answered. Does anyone read them?

19. Please get the entire billing invoice to display.

    I got 3 E-mail in one day asking me to pay for the previous three months.....

    However, not a single one of the on screen messages were able to show the invoice.

20. Move pay now button to be visible in emails.

    The current manifestation of the email sent with an invoice has the pay now button off screen in the email. Allow modification of the template so that the button is visible when the customer receives it.
