Not able to print customer labels from QBO? Desktop 2015 had that feature - it's hard to believe the 2020 online version doesn't. Any chance this feature is under review?

We have just swapped to Quickbooks from Sage and are trying to find a way to print our customer labels. I am now just reading this is not possible. This really needs looking at quickly as we print directly at the time of raising an invoice to avoid potential mis-labelling of parcels and them going astray.

Sorry QB, it just seems absurd that we can't print a postage label from your system. Most online shops need to dispatch their products to customers and need a postage label formatted with the carrier details, Royal Mail in our case.
We are currently evaluating QB and unless we can find a work around will probably choose another package.Dont really want to type 20 addresses a day into Dymo Label with the obvious potential of a transcription error. -

Why can't we print labels from QB online. It would be as simple as setting up a Shipping manager just like QB Enterprise.
