Use something other than a bank transfer! I just spent 15 minutes trying to login to Quickbooks/Intuit/Mint and still had to re-enter my ac
Use Applepay, credit card or something that doesn't require me to login to some site whose password I don't remember and can't login because I've tried too many times. I'm no Apple fanboy, but it just works.

Proceed from initial review field towards payment info input field faster
Takes a very very long time to proceed from the initial review field iinto the payment info input field - would like it to move a little quicker, please!

Auto pay based on contract duration set up at the beginning of each year by the vendor
Allow vendor (in my case, daycare provider) to set up payment schedule and allow the consumer to elect autopay.

Allow you to see multiple and future invoices in your account. Not require your company to send you a new link each time.
Allow you to have a link to company to view all invoices; upcoming and past invoices. Only able to see current invoices. Company must send me link to see current o/s invoice. Can only see o/s invoice only.

Allow to pay more than one invoice at a time
Our company will have at least 2 invoices per month. Instead of paying them individually, allow to check all invoices to be paid at the same time.

Credit or Debit Card
It would be easier n more convenient to have option to pay by debit or credit card for payment to to through quicker than using a checking account.

Automatic ACH
Two years and have never been late, check our records. I must have missed the email in Sept, otherwise it would have been paid at that time. Am very disappointed that you would charge this late fee that I have had to pay. We get a lot of emails and I guess it would be easy to over look one. Please respond as we certainly want to change our way of paying so this will not happen again..

You do not show the details of the purchase. You don't show the cost breakout either
what is the secret? You don't show what I purchased on the invoice to see if it is accurate. You don't show how much each item cost me. You don't show me how much freight I paid.

Amex is shown as a payment type, however it is not accepted. Please check your payment algorithm and fix it, or don't show Amex as an option
Amex is shown as a payment type, however it is not accepted. Please check your payment algorithm and fix it, or don't show Amex as an option. It also doesn't tell you why the Amex payment doesn't go through. The system merely has you continue with trial and error how to complete the payment.

Click on Review & Pay goes to a blank page. Please Fix
Every time I click on the review & pay button on the invoice, the invoice loads and then the payment screen goes blank. Terrible & frustrating glitch.

Have Receipt Have Description of Work Done for the Customer
Have the receipt have the same information as the invoice. As property manager who pays my handyman through quickbooks, I have print both the receipt and invoice then tape the receipt to the invoice, then scan it to create PDF for the file. Huge time waster. If I could just save the receipt with all information (Work done) to a PDF, would be so much easier.
