Automatic ACH
Two years and have never been late, check our records. I must have missed the email in Sept, otherwise it would have been paid at that time. Am very disappointed that you would charge this late fee that I have had to pay. We get a lot of emails and I guess it would be easy to over look one. Please respond as we certainly want to change our way of paying so this will not happen again..
