Modify expiration field keyboard
When entering credit card info on iPhone, the keyboard that pops up for the credit card expiration field doesn’t allow to type a slash (/). So I have to go back to the name field, type the entire expiration with the slash, copy it, and then paste into the correct field. VERY ANNOYING! And it won’t allow switching to a different keyboard.

Make sure the "VIEW and PAY INVOICE" button appears with invoices
Make sure the "View and Pay Invoice" button is with every invoice you send out. I've been told that the glitch is with QuickBooks. I say get it fixed! Please! It's been on-going for at least 5 months now.

Have the most recent invoice link to all unpaid invoices so they can all be paid at once.

QuickBook link needs to be sent with emailed invoice.
When emailing invoice, please send the link for QuickBooks so that I can pay bill. Sometimes the link is sent and sometimes not. I have no way to get into the QuickBook site. And for some reason, I can't save my info either.

Include donation option
This is a school fees payment, to which I usually add a tax deductible donation. A feature for adding a donation where appropriate would be great!

Receipt only shows invoice date due, not DATE PAID.
I am paying my invoice 25 days before it is due but the receipt is only showing the date the invoice is due, not the date I am paying it. Receipt could show both but at least date it is PAID.

Be able to receive an email receipt.
Once the transaction is complete, have the ability to receive the email receipt.

It won’t let me save my payment information for next time so every time it takes me like 15 minutes to make my payment just ridiculous that
Have someone fix your system so that it excepts the payment information easily instead of going through 30 steps and then they don’t work afterwards so 6 months and half an hour later I still do not have my information saved it makes it extremely inconvenient when you have a busy schedule.I have been trying to save my payment information ever since I started with my new internet service.And what is so hilarious is that this site acts like you might be concerned about your customers yeah you have numerous complaints telling you that server to save payments is not…

Not have to Enter the CVV each time
It's great that QuickBooks remembers my credit card number and expiration date, but each move I have to get up to retrieve the CVV on my credit card. Can't this information be stored, too?
