Show history of past invoices outstanding. It's weird to get an an email saying $X is due but then the invoice says that $Y is due.
When the balance due != latest invoice, provide all of the related invoices or credits so that I can quickly verify that I'm paying the right amount. Otherwise I need to call the vendor for that info and it's extra time and work.

Couldn't view or download invoice before paying
Used the link given by my accountant to pay the invoice. The invoice previous would not load on the right side and gave an error. Then, I tried to download the invoice after payment and still couldn't get it. QB is not my favorite program. Hope to find another!

Dont remember
Don't have it remember your previously typed number. Mine had some random number in it (which I thought was my previously entered account number) and it turned out to be some other stupid number... Which resulted in my payment being late and I incurred a fee. Quickbooks should have paid this fee, since it was their program that fucked up!

Save payment method
Every time I pay, you try to force a different payment method. I always pay the same way, but you never default to my previous choice.

You need to add a Short-pay option
You need to add a Short pay option - plumber said he was going to fix somethign they broke. they haven't yet, but the invoice is 'due' today

It took over five minutes for the invoice to finally appear. It needs to appear much sooner!
It takes too long for the invoice and payment method to appear--this time over five minutes. Last month it took three minutes. It needs to appear much more quickly.
