This does not work on any apple device or safari on a mac.
Fix your software. It does not work on any iphone, ipad or on safari in MacOS. There are MANY apple users. You are making it exceedingly difficult for no reason.

Accept paypal or another method that we can pay without having our card in our hand to get the security number from. I can never remember it
Accept paypal or another method of payment that does not require you to have your payment card with you. I can never remember it and it's inconvenient to pay your bill on the fly.

This was my third attempt kept getting a site error message
I would like to make an auto payment. Electric varies but an average could be estimated and then adjusted in subsequent invoices or an addendum . I have to travel away for 4 months and this would be most helpful.

Today I could not see my invoice. Usually I can before I pay the bill. I had to go ahead and pay the invoice without seeing it this month,

Please have an option for changing a phone number!
I cant change my personal phone number even after getting into my account. There isn't a personal account information page to edit? Phone numbers change all the time. How do we get into our accounts if our numbers change and don't have access to other options? Ridiculous
