better invoice
I have three kids playing at the same club, it would be helpful to have their names on the invoices. In addition, the only way I can pay for their tuition is using the link emailed to me by the club. I should be able to log into my account and clink on each of my kid's names and pay their tuition from there. There is no way to log in my account and see which kid I paid an invoice for and how much I paid and still owe.

firm name as addessor
write email to show "Victor Landscaping" as the addressor (from), not Diana, Ana, Kate, info, etc. When I scan my email I should see Victor Landscaping in the "from" column, otherwise, I miss your mail assuming it is from someone I don't know and I ignore or delete it. This is dangerous business practice.

Fix app
Fix the app so it remembers my info. I had steady put in my checking account info and it wasn’t there.

Improve on your website!
First time customers just get an email address on the invoice. Enter the email address and it is just a blank slate. No one wants to send credit info this way. Send a snyde coment and then you send the appropriate form to pay. Why can’t this be found on your website? Anywhere?

Address on Receipt

The receipt is almost worthless, it doesn't say who paid (despite you getting my name & bank acct info), it says nothing about payment method type, just the last 4-digits of an account. You asked for four account choices -- personal checking, personal savings, business checking, business savings -- why is that not reflected in the receipt? You've made it unnecessarily difficult to seek reimbursement.

I still don't like paying for merchandise that is on backorder. Just invoice what you can sip.
Only invoice for the items that you are shipping. Not items on backorder.

Total invoice amount not displayed on customer invoice when payment has been applied.
Need to display total of original invoice amount, when re sending invoice that reflects payment applied. Currently, quickbooks does not display the total amount. Only displays the payment received and the balance due.

Save the credit card information so you dont have to reenter every time you pay
Save the credit card information for customers, so it doesn't have to be re-entered every time.

provide option to enter email address for a receipt
Its required to put your email here but not for a receipt of a payment that just made.... weird
