There needs to be consistent and transparent information provided to customers. One support rep told me my account would be immediately deleted after canceling my subscription, while another chat agent later clarified that it actually takes a full year of inactivity before an account is deleted. This kind of miscommunication creates unnecessary stress and confusion. The wording in the responses I received felt intentionally vague, and it came across like the agent didn’t want to be helping me at all. Please ensure your support team is better trained to provide accurate information and communicate with clarity and respect.
