The current mileage tracking feature in the app only allows the Master Admin to access it. If a business has other drivers, they have to track mileage manually and hand it over to the master admin to put it in QB later. Or you assign master admin privileges to one of the users. And only one user, as there can only be one Master Admin. This is not as expected for an integrated online system. Secondly, this is a big security issue as I do not want to hand over master access to my QB file to a driver! That is not good. So other users/drivers need to be able to use the mileage tracking app, use it simultaneously, and without special permissions. This seems like it is intuitive as a main feature of having multiple users with the app connected to a single QB Online company file. I see that other posts on this issue are over a year old, so all I have is hope that QB will fix this sooner rather than later.

This feature needs to be updated to include other users. My wife and I run an LLC and we are both Admins but only one of us can auto-track mileage?

Users other than the Master Admin need to be able to auto track mileage in the App! I do not want to give other people access as a master Admin and lose my access, but that's the only way for them to auto track their mileage! I've tried the auto tracking and it works really well, but is virtually useless in our situation as the "Master Admin" is not the one driving around all day! A standard user - we should be able to give them access to auto tracking, and as the master admin, we should review and categorize the trips. Please make this happen asap :-)
