   I've lost countless hours working on estimates/invoices only to lose that work because QB kicks me out of the program or I step away from my computer for 15 minutes and the program doesn't autosave these estimates/invoices. Autosave should be an added feature to QB.

2. Help Tickets created

   I had a question for Quickbooks Online Help. I had to give all my information, account #, email address, First & Last name. Then I asked my questions, after 30 minutes of Monitor Share with remote session trying to clarify my questions and discern what she wanted me to do. She transferred me to a different deposit. Once I was transferred I had to start all over again. What is name, account #, email, etc. Here is my questions and I finally got the answer I needed. It took me about an hour to get my question answered.

   I propose that when a question comes in a Help Ticket # is started with all my information and questions. This way if I get transferred or have to call back, all I have to give is my ticket # and the person on your side can look up all my information and pick up from there.

   I have seen this done with other companies and it is very helpful

3. Better Custom User Roles

   User has been assigned "Standard Limted Customer & Vendor" role. User has access to standard "Sales & Customer Reports" and standard "Vendor & Expenses Reports" but ALSO needs access to the "Bills & Applied Payments" report and other reports in the "What You Owe" area. The only way to provide access to this report is to give the user Standard All Access which we DO NOT want to do. And we are using QBO ADVANCED

4. Unable to Add Users with existing email link, preventing user setup in QBOnline

   When setting up a new user in QBOnline, the email link provided is much too long to use and even when all firewalls and security protections are removed, we get "proofpoint" error messages. In turn we are now down until we can get our users into the system, as we cannot operate without them.

5. Audit Log Access To Non-Admin Users

   Currently, Quickbooks only allows account admins to access the audit logs. It would be really helpful if Quickbooks could decouple the access to Audit Logs from the overall admin function/accesses.

   The audit logs only trace a stream of actions taken by system users, which are non-confidential information that non-admin users can greatly benefit from when diagnosing the reasons behind the changes on the account.

8. Added notes for customer profile on sales receipt

   We would like the option to - when you are ringing up a customer and put their name into the drop bar, to have a note section appear with any notes regarding this customers profile. ie. open invoices, notes on special orders, or other notes we can put in manually. A section that only we can see that the customer wont when we print their receipt. This would be very helpful. Rather than having to open each customers account to see the notes, it would appear for us to see after their name has been added to the sales receipt.

    I recently upgraded to Advance Online QB to have more restrictions on additional logins. When I did that, the search history still showed sensitive payroll information. I would like to clear the search history so users cannot see prior search results before access was restricted.

16. Please make the font larger and darker - or at least give us the option to make it larger and darker.

    You have a lot of people with bad eyesight that's getting worse and worse as we strain to see the faint fonts on the screen. I've tried the dark mode, but the white fields still have text that's hard to see. This has been posted for years now. Please consider doing something about it.

17. Allow for customizing role and functions besides giving full access

    For QuickBooks Online, the current options for permissions by roles, either fixed or custom, does not allow for just selecting view, create, edit, or delete. It only allows for full access. We have users that have specific roles and do not need access to everything. The other preselected roles built-in do not meet our needs.

20. 2 step verification - TURN OFF OPTION NEEDED

    The inability to turn off 2 step verification is absolutely a fail. One code sent EVERY SINGLE time we log on. If I'm not available then my bookkeeper can't work.. Where is the logic in this...?!?!?!
