QuickBooks Online requires Report Filter to include VAT Code vital for Partial Exemption
QuickBooks Online customise Reports lacks the ability to Filter by VAT CODE vital to produce the Partial Exemption calculation that the QB Desktop version provides. It is vital that we can produced detailed total reports of each VAT code (or combination) eg: Exempt; Zero rated; Standard Rated; Reduced Rated; Residual etc of Sales & Purchases to produce eg: Vat Detail Report of Exempt Turnover etc or Vat Detail Report of Zero Rated Purchases etc. We customised a group of such reports in QB DT but are not automatically moved to QBO. Security issue
Even after the user's email is changed, the user is able to access using the old email, which is a major security issue.

Can we have an option to customize the left menu bar in QB online
I use reports often but never payroll, etc. I'd like to move Reports up on the left menu bar

otherwise, we will have data violation and company is subject to huge risks of its data that any user can delete and void their transactions
and access their information. We do not want to share profit and gain information with all users as example and all accounts. Only for the Account manager.

Quickbooks Online: Make an old product and service inactive
I'm trying to have a tidy up of Quickbooks and would like to make an old Product/Service inactive, but it's the very first one I used to set up Quickbooks in the first place, so when I try to make inactive, I end up with "Error This needs to be active because it's the default product or service for sales."
Is there a way to change the default to another one?
As a business moves forward and evolves, the ability to change the default Product/Service is essential. My default is so old now, it is useless and I need to…0 votes
