  1. Adding Location per line item to bills/expenses/checks

    We have multiple locations and frequently have bills, credit card expenses, checks, etc. that are split between GLs, Locations and Classes. Having the ability to apply location to each line item to each bill, expense or check would save our accounting team so much time and effort. Currently our accounting team has to go in and create a Journal Entry for each bill or expense that has split locations. Being able to make this feature available with any other type of expense transaction with create better financial records and efficiencies with our team.

  2. Default Vendor class in Vendor Setup

    I would like to have the option to select a default class during my vendor setup just as I can select a default expense account.

  3. Ability to format the design of PO

    We have recently upgraded our license to have the ability to produce a PO through QB online, however, we are extremely disappointed to find that e are not able to customise this document and the alignment is out on your template.

  4. Report Error

    Hello,

    For years our company has run the following report with the below customizations:

    Reports > Expenses by Vendor Summary > Select Vendor > Group By Account > Accounting Method Selection set to Cash < Run Report

    Until January 2022, we did not have problems with this report. Since January 2022, we noticed this report, when selecting the Cash Accounting Method, is no longer showing the expenses paid to the vendor by PAID DATE, rather, it is listing the expenses paid to vendor by the BILL DATE.

  5. Bill Payments Bank Detail

    When bill payments are made through the Match function in the bank feed, the bank detail doesn't show up in the general ledger. Please make the bank detail show up in the general ledger!

  6. Import expense details from csv

    Please allow csv upload of itemized receipts to create new expenses.

    Each receipt from one of my primary vendors must be split into several different expense categories. The receipts are itemized and available in csv format.

    There is currently no way get this data into Quickbooks without manually retyping every line item on the receipt and its corresponding expense category.

    • The "New Expense" sheet has no way to import data.
    • Splitting a credit card transaction requires manually entering each item.
    • The receipt capture features do not allow capturing individual items from the receipt, or splitting the receipt into multiple expense…

  7. Import Bills & calculate CIS deductions

    Import bill for CIS subcontractor - UK

    Current bill import function will allow you to import a bill into say account CIS cost standard (20%) but fails to calculate the CIS deduction.

    After the import you have to manually edit each bill to force through the calculation.

  8. Product adjusts set price when bill is entered.

    As an apparel provider, I have thousands of products in my product database. Unfortunately each shirt style, color and size has to have it's own unique sku. The prices that these products are purchased at change often over time. It would be great if the price could change within the product listing whenever I enter a vendor bill that has the item at a cost which is different from what is in the product's listing on qbo.

  9. Default Expense Account for vendors

    Currently, you can only setup a vendor with a default expense account, where as Desktop version lets you put any default account. So for example, if the vendor is for your vehicle loan, you should be able to choose a liability account as the default account.

  10. Add Toggle for Bill, Credit or Expense

    There should be a toggle to allow you to change a Vendor Bill to a Credit without re- entering everything.
    My assistant entered everything as Vendor bills. Some were supposed to be credits.

  11. Remove "PERMIT" field from Bills/Expense entry

    Please remove the PERMIT field from the BILL and EXPENSE entry screens as it is not relevant and takes up too much screen real estate. Adding the OPTION to use the PERMIT field where it could be removed if not applicable would be ideal. Thanks for your consideration

    Just like the desktop version, I would like to see PO# on its bill without having to click "linked purchase order" on the bill screen

  15. Please bring back "Notify Vendor" when paying bills with Pay Bills in QBO

    My Notify Vendors option has not worked for weeks and weeks and tech support can't fix it. Did you disable it? Please bring it back!

  16. Ability to post bill payments made from foreign currency bank accounts

    It should be possible to post a bill payment to a home currency Supplier account from a foreign currency bank account. I am told that, in the meantime, I need to link the payment transaction to a home currency bank account and then create an internal transfer transaction between the two bank accounts.

  17. when i email paid invoice - in the header of the email it says invoice- it should say "paid" invoice

    when i email a paid invoice to customer even if he paid the invoice - the header of the email just says invoice - the customer thinks I'm rebilling him - it should say "paid" invoice the the customer sees I'm not rebilling him

  20. Add the "Depenses Express" solution to all types of accounts

    I have the ability to Drag and drop my suppliers invoice directly into quickbooks and it prefills them. It is a tremendous valued added solution since I do not have to enter expenses manually one by one.
    This works for my French companies.

    For some reasons, I have a Belgium account (Tigermilk Brussels) and I do not see the option.

    This option should be available for all acounts
