Make it so that I can change the amount I want to pay. You can make it so the amount entered cannot be less than the minimum amount due. I want to pay more than the amount due.

Allow setup to schedule ACH payment to be paid in the future, on Due Date
Currently, to pay a bill, it will be paid out on the date logged in. It would be great to pay a bill on the Due Date by scheduling the payment.

Copy/Paste on Invoice
The account confirmation field does no allow users to paste the number. Typing the number in one digit at a time is less accurate than copying the number from their financial institution's website.

Name the invoice and receipt files with the invoice number
When downloading the invoice and the receipt after payment. Name both files with the invoice number to keep them related to each other on the user's system.
Eg:
invoice28308.pdf
invoice28308-receipt.pdfCurrently your system names the the invoice file with the invoice number in the filename but the receipt file is just named receipt.pdf - a generic file name that is not in an way related to the invoice it belongs to.

Receipt download did not work
The receipt download did not work. It wanted me to create an account with adobe - I tried but still did not work. The receipt was blank. Also why do I need to log into quickbooks comments to tell you that something does not work.

Fix the "download receipt" button so it works!
Have your tech department fix the "download receipt" button. Currently it has an error message.

Quickbooks Customer paying someone elses quickbooks invoice online shoud be able to automatically get this payment recorded in own quickbook
Quickbooks online customers that pay bills from other quickbooks online customers using the "Pay Now" feature, should be able to log into their account and do this directly out of their quickbooks account.
In other words it should be possible to add a quickbooks invoice (from another vendor) as a bill to your quickbooks account and then pay that invoice directly out of quickbooks online using the "Pay now' feature of the invoice while keeping track of the payment within quickbooks all at once.70 votes -
