Include payment details on paid invoice
The emailed receipt includes a "view invoice" button. That shows an invoice with a "cute" green "Paid" symbol. However, when I print the receipt, the "Paid" indicator is missing. What I really want is a single page that shows the work done, charges for the work, the payments made, and the balance due (usually zero!). The payment details should include all that's on the emailed receipt like amount, payment method, payment ID, and payment date.

See Paid/Outstanding Invoices
I am not able to see any unpaid invoices through this system. This feature is available on other online invoice systems i work with, and should be on here as well. I should be able to see what I have paid, upcoming Invoices, and any that have been missed and are currently outstanding.

Allow me to paste my account number into both fields.
Account number confirmation field should allow pasting. I don't understand what you are trying to prevent. If I'm copying from a password bank I'm less likely to make a mistake by pasting. Both fields have to match anyway, so if I paste into the first account field and the second one doesn't allow pasting, I'll just have to copy it manually from the first field. Not sure what you are trying to prevent - just more cumbersome for user. Great, simple interface otherwise!

Future dated payment charges
YOu should be able to schedule an invoice for payment on its due date when the invoice is received. I don't have that option now. I can only pay immediately on the site, rather than going ahead and scheduling the payment and know it will be charged on the date I request.

History of payments
I'd like to see a history of my payments made. I thought I had made a payment so I wanted to review all past payments. Would have been quick and easy for me to see a list and known if I paid it or not.
