I have an account with QuickBooks for payment to various vendors. For some reason I am unable to:
1) sign in
2) to receive a reset password link
3) contact Intuit for support. My account is now locked and I would just like it deleted. Please advise.

Tab index on credit card form fields is incorrect
After receiving a new payment request email and clicking on the Review and Pay button it takes me to a credit card form. When you tab between fields in this form it skips over some fields. i.e. the html tab index attributes are no set correctly.

Wish the payment link was the same as the online sub payment option directly from an invoice.

Better customer service and PHONE CALL or TEXT REMINDERS
A phone call or text message for billing would be a lot better than JUST emails

Names on accounts in available payor list
Please add the name of the account on the list of available payment accounts. This would avoid going into each saved account to find the name of the account owner.

After you pay an invoice there's no obvious way (even under Intuit account) to add a new bank account.

Also, I can't login to this feedback portal with my Intuit account login information. I have to create a separate account for the portal which is super ridiculous.

Add Venmo and Paypal as payment methods.
Paying with my credit card was very easy, but I think that you should add Venmo and Paypal as payment methods.

You should show the final balance of $0
You should show the final balance of $0 on the invoice after the payment is made. It shows the original invoice and the most recent payment, but does not reflect the prior payment. It looks like money is still owed.

auto pay!!!! I've left 4 messages on this, and you don't call me back.
Your customers deserve a break from late fees. Some of us have 20-year-old email accounts. When all bills are on autopay, it's hard to remember yours.

You have a serious problem
When I am putting my debit card information in, the cursor is hopping to the left. I have to fix it one number at a time manually. I do not know if spaces are required between the grouos of four numbers, but I left them in. This has not happened before and I think you've been hacked

Remove the automatic check of "Process credit card
I receive a lot of payments through Wire, PayPal, Bill.com etc. and every time I register a payment in QuickBooks online, the check mark for "process credit card" is automatically checked, but the payment is never processing a credit card. I suggest leaving that unchecked by default, with the option to check it instead of the other way around. Now I have to go and uncheck it every time to not receive an error message.

The invoice should show the specific dates, i.e. 5-1-22-to 5-31-22, not just 'monthly fee'

Allow credit cards, Venmo, Paypal, or other form of payment besides bank information
By allowing Credit Cards, Paypal, Venmo, Apple Pay, or other online payment services, it allows customers to pay with the method that they choose and still collect their credit card rewards. I missed out on 4% cashback on my nearly $30,000 because this service only allows for direct payment from my checking account. That means that I lost out on $1,200
