  2. multi-page invoice

    Many invoices can end up being on multiple pages. Can you change the form so that either an invoice # or some other identifying information of our choosing can be listed in the header at the top of pages 2 and so on?

  4. Reformat the invoice so that only one sheet prints out.

    The second sheet is basically blank anyway. So reformat the invoice so that only the one (first) page prints out.

  18. Printing the payment confirmation generates 2 pages of paper, and the 2nd page is blank.

    Eliminate the 2nd page (blank) that gets generated when you chose to print the payment confirmation.
