3. get next day service not two days later or longer if it's a weekend

   In the world of technology in which we live I don't understand why payment cannot be posted to our accounts the day following payment. This two day and longer if it gets paid on a Friday we likely don't get our funds until Tuesday.

8. I was not able to fully see the charges just the amount due

   I did not receive a breakout bill. Just the total bill which i paid. I cound not open even agter filling out all info with quick books. Terrible pdf access which never truly opened.

    Change your "policy" to enable bank transfer payments for jobs with multiple milestone payments.

    PLEASE USE IN THE FUTUR A SECURE PAYMENT METHOD ! This is madness, any company employee could use my card info ! Also Pay pal would be a good idea.
    Also, your 20$ charge for shipping to FRANCE could be mentionned on the invoice.
    I see many dissatisfied customers on your payment methods, maybe it would be time to listen to us all ?

18. Give some instruction to payee

    When customer selects business checking it asks for account holder's first and last name instead of the business' name. Confusing for anything but a sole proprioter.
