If the only payment option is by providing bank routing and account numbers, specify why there is no space for last digit in account number.

I don't know any way you could possibly make this any easier. Best way to pay I've ever experienced! I could set up an account for you in online bill pay, but why? This is much faster!

Taking very long before my Vendor receive the payment - 5 days
I pay the invoice the moment I receive it, but it takes 5 business days before my Vendor receive his payment. It use to be 2-3 days until Intuit changed the platform - now it's taken very long which makes it difficult and delay the service I receive from this Vendor.

Registration
Let us register using an account number as opposed to our Social Security number. I have never had to place my Social Security number in any registration form in order to pay bills online.

there should be a field for comments
there should be a space for comments (e.g. I'd like to make a comment about what month I'm paying for an onward service)

Email rather than print option
When entering card info have keyboard switch to numbers automatically when field is selected. Same with date and 3 digit code.

The link in the email I got said "View Invoice". To me kind of misleading since the invoice was attached. Make it say "Pay Invoice".
The link in the email I got said "View Invoice". To me kind of misleading or confusing since the invoice was attached. I looked at the attachment and didn't think much about the link. Just thought I had to call to make a payment. Why not make the link say "Pay Invoice" or at least somewhere in the email say to make a payment click here.
