Reminder emails for due bills
I just would like to see reminder emails for due bills. It is hard to determine if I have paid my bill or not. Then I have to do a search for the original email to see if there is a balance.

Allow auto-pay to be stopped or changed
I used to be able to set up autopay on recurring invoices, so I did that, but now the option to set up, change, or stop autopay is gone. Multiple times a month, I'm getting an email saying that my payment didn't go through because the money keeps trying to come out of a debit card that's been cancelled for months. Add to that the fact that there's no support option - What happens when someone just decides they want to stop autopay? Do they just have to cancel all their cards? Give an option to view all open invoices to pay all at once
give a link to a site with the open invoices, so we have the option to one, some or all. - rather than have to click in separate emails when you have multiple invoices.

Paying through QuickBooks
Since I am a quick books user in my business, I would like to be able to pay quick book invoices from other business within my quick books rather than an email link and I would like the receipt to be attached to that payment so I do not have to download and upload.

See below re putting dates on invoices and returning items such as political signs on the lawn and the doormat outside the front door back.
We'd like dates of service to be included on invoices, as most companies do. We've asked for this previously. In addition, we'd like the men to put things such as the mat at the front door back where it was prior to their mowing the lawn, and the same goes for political signs that may be on our lawn. They whip through the lawn pretty quickly, so that may contribute to their forgetting to do these two things. Thank you.

You sent me a notice saying I still hadn't paid on the 23rd. It wasn't de to the 26th. I don't like that.
It should just say payment reminder. Not "You still haven't paid". Annoying.

New concern
I had set up a separate account sub-account under my checking account that was labeled specifically for SOLAR payments (to make tracking payments easier). However, EVEN THOUGH I CAREFULLY made sure to include it's unique 2 digit suffix this system (my bank included???) failed to recognize that it should have come out of a SEPARATE sub account. SO....YOUR payments were delayed for nearly 2 weeks until my human mind caught the error, and figured out why. (Because it had tried to draw out of the main under-funded "Checking" account rather than the SUB account that had plenty of funds) PLEASE…

Leaving a tip...
When trying to leave a tip, it might be a good idea to change the formating of the "Other" category to calculate a percentage PLEASE! It was frustrating b/c i ended up leaving only a $20.00 tip on a large bill, and i wanted to leave 20 PERCENT. Ugh! Thanks for your consideration. I know you guys work hard and i appreciate it!!

You rejected my credit card 3 times. You did not deduct the credit card charge when I paid by check. Infuriating.

If AMEX is not allowed, remove as an option
Remove AMEX as a payment option if not allowed and/ or provide a more descriptive error message if not allowed for some specific reason.

the major problem is the statement. our old statement esktop had a voucher the include name and address and amount being paid.
the statement does not have a return voucher on it. Our statement in desktop had a voucher at the bottom was perforated that included name, address, room for a note, and a box for the amount being paid. This was returned with the payment. It made find the client considerable faster.

Having billing staff instead of a voicemail system...
I have left several messages and if I get a response it's weeks or months later. Staff your billing department for several specific hours per day so that we can ask the questions we need to without waiting for weeks for a reply?
