confirmation numbers and emails
For all online payments, provide confirmation numbers and payment confirmation receipt emails. This is very standard, for online merchants and would be greatly appreciated. It is a feature I expect to find on websites where I am doing business. It is more work for the customer to upload a payment receipt, and it appears this does not always work successfully.

The filename of the downloaded receipt is "receipt". It should be "Invoice XXXX Receipt" so it will show in my file list next to the invoice
The filename of the downloaded receipt is "receipt". It should be "Invoice XXXX Receipt" so it will show in my file list next to the invoice which it paid. Both start with Invoice XXXX for alphabetizing purposes. But when it's just named "receipt" i have to rename it or overwrite the previous receipt which could result in a loss of information that could be easily avoided.

Payment via Bank Online
When making a payment via Bank online the system should automatically remove the credit card transaction fee when Bank is selected vice showing an outstanding balance which is the fee for credit card payments.

You have an old phone number on file. I cannot access it. I don't remember a password. There is no phone number for me to call to fix this.
Have an easy way to correct information. The phone number you have for me is no longer operative. There is no way I can find to change it to the new one. Therefore, I am unable to set up a credit card for easy payments.

After entering the bank routing number, you should be able to auto populate another field with the name of the bank.
Showing the name of the bank based on entered routing number just adds comfort for the consumer that the routing number is correct.

allow a future payment date to be set without having to set up an account
set it up so the payee doesn't have to set up an account for future date payments.

"Save and Share Invoice Link" needs to be accessible via QuickBase Pipeline or sync table
The "Save and Share Invoice Link" needs to be available as a data object passable to QuickBase either via pipeline or sync table. Currently the only way to pass the link from QBO to QBase is by having users log into Books, manually copy the link, paste the link into Base, and resave the record. This is cumbersome and error-prone.
Alternatively, I know that using minor version 36 one can use an API call to get the share link, but it's not currently possible in Qbase Pipelines to navigate QBO's OAUTH flow. You cannot have a pipeline request a token,…

Allow auto payment without client having to log in to an Intuit account
When a client wants to set up monthly auto payment from an invoice, they have to have or create an Intuit account, which is a hassle and makes the client less likely to set up automatic payment.
