  1. I would rather not pay online. But I have no choice when you send the invoice THE SAME DAY the payment is DUE.

  8. Your acknowledge of payment does not allow printing the transaction number when I print with ctl+p.

    Printing your payment acknowledgement should show the transaction id. You should also add details to the screen that shows when I select 'print receipt'.

    I need to have a way to pay you without the email invoice you send out. Sometimes its late. I tried to get the bill last month before I left the country. I knew I wouldn't be back before it was due. I called to have it sent, but didn't get it in time.

  11. Your print receipt option produces a 1" square image that is basically illegible.

    A larger image is needed when printing the receipt. I had to print screen the screen image in order to get it large enough to be meaningful.
