Make it possible to use a business account. (Business name as a field in addtion to the "first" and "last" name fields you have already.

allow for invoices that show how much has been paid previously
For school tuition there are multiple payments through the year. It would be much better if statements/invoices could show how many payments families have made in the past and what is now due.

Not an idea, but I could not apply the $10 offer new customers. How do I get that $10 back?
There was a $10off coupon for new customers. There was a code. When making my payment, there was no place to redeem this coupon.
Please advise how I get that $10.00 coupon for first time customers back
