  2. Better receipt-printing options

    When the printer-friendly page opens, allow me to close the printer dialogue box but keep the print-friendly page open so I can format the font size, magnification, etc. (Right now, if I close the printer dialogue box, the printer-friendly page disappears.)

  5. When doing an ACH. Clients would like to put a check number

    Our clients are warming up to the idea of using ACH but they can't track on their local Quickbooks which check number the transaction. If we could put a check number the client provides they can match it in Quickbooks

  7. It took me five tries to get this to work. Fifth time was the charm. Awful!!

    How about you come up with an idea to make this work better?? Why is it that putting in the info the same exact way, it took 5 tries to get my payment to go through???

  9. Have a receipt you can save that actually has something on it and is not blank.

    The "receipt" I tried to print is blank. What good is that? Mostly what I've come to expect out of Intuit products, but I did think I would have a recipet. I will lower my expectations about your products even further so next time I'm not surprised.

  10. Need a More Clear "Pay Here" Button. Otherwise this was terrific!!

    Make it crystal clear so there is no confusion on where to pay! "Pay Here" would fix it.

  12. Let people who do not have an account create one in the process of making a payment instead of making it an extra step.

    Instead of making it an extra step to create a new account, let people make a payment and then add a password at the same time to create a new account.
