improve efficiency of transaction
When paying via my bank account, it takes way too long for the transaction to happen. It seems to take days or even a week for the money to actually be debited from my bank. In contrast, a credit card transaction immediately appears on my credit card statement.

Allow a partial payment when agreed upon with the biller
In a situation where there was a small outstanding item owed, we agreed with company to pay 100 less than amount to assure their acknowledgment of an owed item. It would be nice to alter the payment amount.

Pay attention to the suggestion of showing the invoice is paid - made by hundreds of people over the last 6 years!!!
I don't understand why you ask for suggestions when you obviously are not paying any attention to them. There are over 5 suggestions that all refer to the same issue, with hundreds of votes for it, with no change being made. Pitiful!!!

Disconnect autopay
I am unable to disconnect my autopay. I get stuck in a loop. I called the business and they are unable to disconnect my account.

I would like to see all of my invoiced
When I pay a current invoice, I would like to be able to see previous invoices, amount paid, how I paid, outstanding balance & dates of service.

Fix things please
When one clicks on download recept the site shows activity however nothing arrived on my desktop computer. Next make The QuickBooks site secure. The Chrome browser was not happy being told to proceed to the QB site as it is unsecure. You are asking for my bank details!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unsecure site/link for payment
I was a bit concerned when I clicked on the link y'all had sent in the email because Google said it was unsecure. I clicked on 'that' link then saw that it had transported me to a secure site. Just may want to let people know that there is a 2 step process. It's all good though. Take care and be safe.

Fix enter for credit card.
When i enter credit card#, cursor moves so numbers are not entered in correct order. Needs fixed. Example. Enter 4, then cursor jumps in front of it.

Your receipt download files are generic 'receipt' and 'invoice'. Prefer 'elephant_receipt_YYYYMMDD' and 'elephant_flooring_invoice_YYYYMMDD'

Clearly identify credit card fees where there is a cash/bank discount
My invoice included a line item for credit card fees, but I don't have to pay those fees if paying via bank account. Now I have to request a refund and my vendor has to process a refund check. It would be much cleaner if the credit card fees could be attached to the payment method.

Add new payment method without paying a bill
Bank was acquired and couldn't easily change account number AND new account number was rejected (without explanation).

Put Payment Link Information on Invoice/Answer the Phones Please
Most organizations can't just click on "links" for security purposes so the phone number on your invoice should be valid and current and you should have someone to answer it please....can't make a phone payment if no one answers.

You can allow people to pay once per year and offer monthly billing options. Some people like to pay monthly but others want to pay annually
