Currently, the online invoice only pays current amount. Make radio buttons to choose, Total balance, past due, current, or other.

You have stopped auto pay on my account. Not cool.
You used to take funds from my bank account but then sent a note you couldn't collect. I then set up a credit card for auto pay but every month I get a note can't collect. What gives? shouldn't be that difficult.

On the page where you login or create an account in order to do reoccurring payments, have a login and create account on separate lines.

The downloaded receipt makes it appear that I have made a payment TO QuickBooks, not that I paid THROUGH QuickBooks. Allow your customers to edit their receipts showing the actual company paid larger than the other information.

I am not a tech and I cannot fathom what your problem is but I am really tired of your program not working. I don't care what the issue is just fix it. Two auto payments went through and now this month September, it did not go through and my screen reverted to pay with a debit card and the need to enter the CVS number, really Intuit?1 vote -
Actually have scheduled payments go through
Had a scheduled payment not go through. All I got was an email saying it didn't go through, and not why. Had to enter it now and it went through. Doesn't make sense.

I want this payment to be automatic every month without my approval!!!!!!!!!
Why cant this be charged to my credit card every month without my having to approve it each month. Defeats the purpose of automatic payment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Allow payer to choose a date in the future to schedule payment rather than only on the current date
It's ridiculous that I cannot schedule the payment in advance. I pay bills once a week and do not have time to go back in and pay something on the day it is due if I've already spent my time paying bills for the week. I also do not like that I am forced to pay the outstanding balance immediately, even if it's not due for several days.

Provide Information on WHY a Payment Didn't Go Through
Today one of our normally scheduled payments didn't go through. We know because you sent us an email that just said "Payment didn't go through" and listed the amount and the merchant. However, you provided no information whatsoever on WHY it didn't go through. There was plenty of money in the account to cover the draft, so there should've been no problem. But all your email had was a "Try again" button, which aside from looking suspect/phishing, just had us re-enter the account information, at which point it went through fine. We had called the merchant to see if they…

confirmation numbers and emails
For all online payments, provide confirmation numbers and payment confirmation receipt emails. This is very standard, for online merchants and would be greatly appreciated. It is a feature I expect to find on websites where I am doing business. It is more work for the customer to upload a payment receipt, and it appears this does not always work successfully.

The filename of the downloaded receipt is "receipt". It should be "Invoice XXXX Receipt" so it will show in my file list next to the invoice
The filename of the downloaded receipt is "receipt". It should be "Invoice XXXX Receipt" so it will show in my file list next to the invoice which it paid. Both start with Invoice XXXX for alphabetizing purposes. But when it's just named "receipt" i have to rename it or overwrite the previous receipt which could result in a loss of information that could be easily avoided.

I shouldn't have to put in my home address as a "deliver to" when nothing is getting delivered. Thats why we use Venmo
Shouldn't have to share home address when paying with Venmo when nothing is getting delivered.
