  4. Please identify the effective dates that this invoice covers. Without that, one is left guessing about what is being paid for.

  5. Have the name of the bank pop up when you enter your routing number. That way I can confirm that I entered it correctly.

  7. The mobile site does not allopw alphanumeric input for postal/zip code, just numeric. Means that canadians can't use it

  8. Please send a paper bill via USPS to my home address. I receive so many emails that I can't guarantee that I will see your email bill.

  9. When you download a copy of invoice or receipt, include merchant name and date instead of filename being only "receipt.pdf"

    This would save your customers a lot of time cough money, please fix this! This means your customers remain happy because when a missing feature costs your customers more money than they give you, the costs outweigh the benefits :)

    Does anyone work at QuickBooks? You put out new features that are just headlines and seem to never listen to your customers on these forums, easy fixes a newbie could fix? This was posted 6 years ago, 2,100 votes!

    Yes, you can do this but it IS NOT intuitive, I have to explain this to customers all year long, I even added steps on how to make partial payments in the email but few people read it, they just click and then don't pay, when they can't figure out how to update the amount. Then we play phone tag and then I have to walk them through it. Not a problem if all your customers are businesses but if not then this is a weekly problem for me. Such an easy thing to fix, 4 years and nothing!

    This is so costly, to fix on my side, have to pay another company that integrates with QuickBooks. I have been looking for Quickbook alternatives, I am still here because more + than - but this problem costs me more than my QuickBooks subscription does!
