Please stop adding $5.00 late fees to my account, I've always paid on time and to be honest the way you invoice is confusing every month.

Yeah, that's not on QB's. Whoever invoiced you chose to add the convenience fee but it's not a required feature or a fee added by QuickBooks. It has to be enabled by the business you were invoiced by who does not receive this feedback.
