    QB's already allows this. It's up to the individual businesses whether they make that an option or not, QB's can't force them to accept payment forms they're not willing to accept.

    Payment option is chosen by the vendor. QB's allows payment by credit card but it's up to the business what options they are willing to take.

    I love all the comments on here that don't realize it's a comment to QuickBooks and not the business that charged them.

    I was given the option to email a receipt to myself and I certainly have absolutely no idea how QB's would make a receipt send over letter mail.

    Yeah, that's not on QB's. Whoever invoiced you chose to add the convenience fee but it's not a required feature or a fee added by QuickBooks. It has to be enabled by the business you were invoiced by who does not receive this feedback.
