Please enable a feature to send me a notification when an invoice is marked as paid. It is normally the customer that emails me to say they have paid. And it would be better for the system to notify me so I can be proactive with sending them a receipt.
Better still please make an option to automatically send the customer a receipt on payment.
At least one of these 2 options is needed and a weakness of QB

I love all the comments on here that don't realize it's a comment to QuickBooks and not the business that charged them.
I was given the option to email a receipt to myself and I certainly have absolutely no idea how QB's would make a receipt send over letter mail.

I WAS TOLD BY CCLEANER THAT I HAVE TO GET MY RECEIPT MAIL IF I WANT TO CANCEL THE FREE UP GRADE WHICH I WAHT TO DO .

Agree. The receipt process is a mess. Won't print, can't review it.
