At the end where I get to I need a text code or a phone code to save the info, it won't call me or text me. I guess as long as the payment is posted it's all good though. But your software is broken.

I have an account however your multi-factor Varification is so slow and cumbersome that it isn’t worth using. It is faster to pay as a guest every time.

I keep checking the
I keep checking the box to save my information to make my next payment easier, but each time I have to re-enter all of my banking information. Don't know why.

User interface: afte
User interface: after completing the forms, small font said "after you pay." Problem is there is no "pay" button. Finally discovered that the amount presented was a live link and apparently your "pay" button. Might want to make that more clear.
