I need to file my ph
I need to file my phone number, ok, makes sense. But I'm outside the US. Then I need to search the international code for my country by looking at some 500 different flags, instead of searching by alphabet. Come on! this is a bit too much America First. You can do better, as proven a little bit further down the process, when the country needs to be mentioned.

I didn't choose for
I didn't choose for my bank account information to be saved, but it was saved anyway. I just deleted it, but I'm sure it is still saved in a database somewhere, ready for hackers to get it.

I have tried every month to get your app to let me pay on the 15th of the month. The app is a joke and it hardly ever works. It is terrible and is one of the worst I have seen.
