Charging a convenien
Charging a convenience fee to pay by electronic check is unacceptable. As a former customer of quickbooks I know you charge the customer a price for accepting electronic payments, charities payee a $25.00 fee is just greedy.

There's no indicatio
There's no indication as to what this invoice is even for! That's why I didn't pay it the first time, it looked like a scam and I had no idea who exactly this was for, and for what work. Do better.

$25 convenience fee is too high. I understand banks need to make money, but over 10% is too high.
