You need to make pay
You need to make payment by credit card available online. Your billing department doesn’t answer the phone or return phone calls. I was also cut off after being on hold for almost 10 minutes waiting to make a payment.

I would prefer to use a credit card. I do not like having to include my banking information on any company account where I don’t have information on how the information is being used, stored or who has access to this information. In addition to how long my information is being stored on their servers.

It won't allow me to
It won't allow me to use one account, so I have to go thru a transfer of funds and open a whole other banking account which then takes time & ends up making me LATE & collect a FEE for being "late"!!!
