Have tried for days to get vendors ACH linked to my non-profit Quickbooks bill pay with no success depite following instructions. Had to ask the vendor to submit an invoice then add MY banking info to pay (fingers crossed it works). This is not a sustainable solution. VERY unhappy with QB experience, overall. We are a non-profit with little time or money to be fussing with such terrible apps. Will reconsider if we want to renew as this app / tool is not worth the money.
