  1. Several times now, I have not been able to pay online. I don't know why, but I see others have the same issue!

  2. Loading time is ridiculous and has been like this for months. Not sure how the same problem could persist for this long. Sad!

  9. Actually show me the detail when I click on it instead of timing out.

    make it so it actually works. at least 3 out of 4 times when I click to see/download details, all i get is a spinning wheel forever. this has been going on for more than a year. jeez folks, it doesn't get more basic than that.

  10. I can sign in to review my invoice but I only get a revolving circle which means I can't pay my invoice. Why? Every other month it works fin

  13. Not working on phone or computer

    Trying to pay a bill. Clicked link on my phone. Went to your page. Clicked pay - nothing. Went to computer. Did the same. Filled out Credit Card data. Clicked PAY - nothing. No indicators of anything at all. Just sat there.

  16. Make the site work - it doesn't! every month I have to mail in the payment because your site gets hung up trying to load.

    I will call and give my credit card number to the office or mail a personal ck

    All online payment centers offer credit card.
    Student centric areas supported by colleges consider student friendly payment methods thru apps like Venmo.
