  1. Give some instruction to payee

    When customer selects business checking it asks for account holder's first and last name instead of the business' name. Confusing for anything but a sole proprioter.

  4. Invoice due date 7/1; received bill 7/10-when i paid it. Already talked with Carmen to send on 1st...

    Seriously. Need to get your system working properly OR the person sending out the billing working properly. If you send out a billing due date of the 1st? and send out on the 10th how then is this paid on the lst? I asked Carmen to send out billing on 1st...that means normally payment to be paid from 1st to 15th OR whatever your company sets these parameters.

    Please allow for zip codes/ postcodes located outside the US. The world is bigger than that.

    The link to sign in to an existing account could stand out more. The link in the text near the top of the page doesn't jump out at you. Perhaps a button with some color?

  15. Pay other amount

    There needs to be an additional button for "pay other amount". One payment option listed is not enough. Let people know what choices are available to them.

    Your site will not allow me to log in. I get sent a password recovery email, use it to create a new password, then try to log in.
    I then get a message saying my user ID is not recognized!

  18. Quit asking for a code to be sent to my email. I logon to save time to pay invoices

    When I pay invoice, I can enter cc info, or login to use stored cc info.
    I am not saving any time when I login because everytime I have to ask for a code to be sent to my email to verify it's me.
    Might as well not login and enter my cc info, it's just as fast.
    Why do I have to verify it's me everytime I login???

  20. integrate paying an invoice with my QBO!!!

    cannot believe paying an invoice with QB is not integrated with my QBO company!!!
    i have to come back to my inbox and track down QB invoices, and manually connect them to expenses in QBO.
    please integrate them!!!
