It would be so much easier to be able to pay an outstanding bill on your site. it's more time consuming to have to go into email to pay bill....

E-bills
Use the banks and ebills. This is the quickest and easiest way to remember to pay. I cannot remember to look at email each day. The bank alerts you through your account if you have a new e-bill.

The option to choose to remember my information so to make future payments easier would not highlight so I could check the box.

Schedule Payments in advance
It would be nice to be able to schedule payments ahead of time with a credit card. Set up auto payments would be great!!!!

I could not make the online payment because I never received the online bill.
Any time I haven't made an online payment was because I never received the email with the bill to pay.

Have log on present on the payment page
On the payment page there is a statement that to make this the default method of payment, log on. However there is no place to do that on that page. Please add one.

Non-Customer Contact Email / Live Chat
I have tried now a dozen times to make a payment, for some reason it did not work not getting further than a spiny wheel, your support number in Contact Us is in the US and only for customers as I have to enter a Customer Number. I am not a customer but a client and live abroad.. . Please Improve your customer support options!!!!!

Copy/Paste on Invoice
The account confirmation field does no allow users to paste the number. Typing the number in one digit at a time is less accurate than copying the number from their financial institution's website.
