1. Coming out automatically

   This payment has come out every single time automatically. The one time I ask for my payment to be pushed back. I get a ridiculous late fee. My child has been in and out of the hospital since April 13th. Readmitted again today. But anything to make a $1 right? Forget people have families and fixed income.

2. Either make the default "credit" (not debit) or don't default at all.

3. Fingerprint problems

   Some professionals such as Nurses wash their hands frequently. This results in worn off fingerprints. If you have to have biometric verification, facial pics would be an easier option. Thanks.

5. Don't allow debit card payment with a credit card (if that is going to mess up anything).

   It allows you to put in credit card info and have the debit card option selected. I paid this way, and I don't know if it'll mess anything up or not....

6. Custom Form Styles / Custom Invoice Templates in DOCX

   Existing invoice templates look basic and have very limited customisation options, which doesn’t allow us to create beautifully designed documents. I personally find it super important for our brand to stand out from the competition. We currently use Xero and they support DOCX templates, but we consider switching to QuickBooks because it integrates with our CRM system.
   I found that Custom Invoice Templates were previously available via QuickBooks Labs and for some reason they have been disabled for new accounts since 06/09/2021.
   Please bring this feature back. Ideally, it should be available not only for Invoices but for Quotes, Statements and other documents to make them look consistent.

9. A Detailed Analysis of Hydro Lock Inside Your Car Engine (What, How, Why)?

   What does Hydrolock signify?

   The word Lock means no further movement or action when it comes to the automobile. The hydro lock is simply a situation when car gets halted when there is an entry of water inside the combustion chamber.

   Fluid, especially water presence is not a good sign inside the engine. It is incompressible and when pistons found this inside combustion chamber, they are unable to complete the stroke. Therefore, engine comes to a halt when one or more piston finds them in such a situation.

14. Make it clear what your charges are for different payment options at the place where I am choosing a payment method.

    When I am choosing a payment method I want to see what the charge will be without having to go looking for the well hidden chart of payment fees. It should be visible right where I am choosing an option. Currently it feels like I can't trust your online bill payment.

15. Don't offer Vendors options for receiving payment

    If I pay a Vendor via ACH, I intend them to receive my payment not an email that they must respond to saying which way they want to receive payment. This irritates my vendors and looks like a virus. It is also deceptive in that if they choose other options they are charged a fee. You are getting enough money from me - don't try to scam my vendors. Shame on you for trying to make money grabs at every turn. So dissappointed!

    The only way I can find to avoid this is to not enter an email address for my vendors, which then causes me a problem because there is no easy way to send a receipt showing them that the payment is scheduled and what invoices the payment covers. In Desktop I was able to send an ACH payment for $1.75 and the vendor was informed payment was on its way. I'm happy to pay this small fee, but not to have my vendors pay a percentage of my large corporated invoices.
