  2. Prevent invoices from being filtered and missed in email

    You email was filtered and I would not have seen the invoice at all had I not searched for it in my email. You can embed something that tells you whether or not the invoice was opened and if not send a reminder or something to rectify the situation. You can also try to send emails in more than one way so that filters will be avoided. Metrics on how long it takes to open emails can also be used for A/B testing different methods (of trying to avoid filters).

  5. Under business checking, it asks for a first and last name which isn't relevant, and doesn't identify payee's name as such.

  14. Follow procedures used to pay bank credit cards. Your system is a pain! If in doubt, see how easily you pay your own bills online.

    I've been with Wiles since you bought out my prior lawn service in DeBary. Every one of my monthly bills for electricity, water, credit cards are easily paid. The company you deal with for online (or autopay) is the problem. Quickbooks instructions for customers making payments are not clear. So simple. eg press #1 or click on #1 to pay by credit card. Instructions on how to pay by c/c are then described.
    eg Press #2 for payment via a bank account debit and after clicking on #2, the simple instructions for paying by c/c are given.
