I've been with Wiles since you bought out my prior lawn service in DeBary. Every one of my monthly bills for electricity, water, credit cards are easily paid. The company you deal with for online (or autopay) is the problem. Quickbooks instructions for customers making payments are not clear. So simple. eg press #1 or click on #1 to pay by credit card. Instructions on how to pay by c/c are then described.
eg Press #2 for payment via a bank account debit and after clicking on #2, the simple instructions for paying by c/c are given.
INSTEAD, YOUR SYSTEM DOES NOT GIVE CUSTOMERS THE CHOICE BEFORE ENTERING PERSONAL INFORMATIONL YOUR INSTRUCTIONS ARE NOT CLEAR. YOUR INSTRUCTIONS SINCE YOU TOOK OVER THE DEBARY ACCOUNTS HAVE BEEN SUB-STANDARD WHEN COMPARED TO ALL OTHER PAY ONLINE SYSTEMS THAT I'VE SEEN; PERIOD. YOUR SYSTEM WASTES YOUR CUSTOMERS' TIME. THE FIRST THING YOUR STATEMENT SHOULD INDICATED ARE THE VARIOUS OPTIONS THAT WE HAVE. WE WOULD THEN JUST CLICK ON THE OPTION. ONLY THEN WOULD INSTRUCTIONS, 2 LINES WOULD DO IT, WOULD BE GIVEN DEPENDING ON THE PAYMENT OPTION CHOSEN. MOST BANKS STORE C/C NUMBERS USING ONLY THE LAST 4 DIGITS TO AVOID IDENTITY THEFT. i.e. PICK THE C/C BY SPOTTING THE KNOWN 4 DIGITS ON ONE'S C/C AND BINGO !!
ALL DONE ONCE CHARGES ARE VERIFIED / RECONCILED BY THE CUSTOMER. You do reconcile you c/c statement and bank statement as well, don't you?
