Allow payments to be scheduled ahead of time
I would like to be able to login once I have approval to pay the invoice (this is always before the actual due date) and schedule the payment for the due date (a later date). Not being able to do so, I have to either pay too early or remember to login and pay on the due date or very shortly before. If I fail to for any reason then there are late charges added on. Give me the option to choose the payment date and this would be the perfect portal for bill pay in my opinion.

Set the day I want the monthly AutoPay made. Not 3 days before the bill is due, the actual day I want the transaction to happen.
Set the day I want the monthly AutoPay made. Not 3 days before the bill is due, the actual day I want the transaction to happen. So when setting up autopay, you have the choice of what day would you like the funds withdrawn.

Provide confirmation number for payments scheduled for a future date
Provide confirmation number for payments scheduled for a future date.
I am not sure if a confirmation number is finally sent out when the payment is processed or not, but by then it is too inconvenient to look up the transactions again to update them. Please include it as payment is scheduled.

Add a quarterly option for autopay.
This provider bills that way so I should be able to pay that way.

I could not get into your website with Firefox or with Chrome. Safari finally worked. I spent over an hour trying to pay this bill.
Would not work with Firefox or Chrome. It never did connect, just got a small dot moving back and forth. I suspect your system is broken. Finally tried Safari on my iMac and it opened the payment screen. Wasted over an hour trying to pay my electricians bill.

Autopay cycle should reflect frequency as well (weekly - every x week)
When a customer signs up for autopay they should be informed of the cycle and frequency. The page only displays the cycle name (weekly/biweekly/monthly), but it should additionally state the frequency. Customers are afraid to commit to the autopay without this additional information.
example:
- weekly every 3 weeks
- monthly every 2 months1 vote -
Set the day I want the monthly AutoPay made.
Many online services from Clover and Square allow you to setup monthly payments on specific dates. I would like QB to also offer this basic option.

This invoice is quarterly, but auto-pay is only offered for an annual payment. C'mon, man.
Unusable for quarterly payments. This is so basic it's hard to believe it's missing.

When paying on the 5th at 11:42 pm the receipt should read PAID on the 5th not the 6th.
I scheduled a payment on 8/5/2022 at 11:42 pm. The receipt read payment was received on 8/6/2022. That was incorrect. It was not the next day yet.
