4. Advise re: CC usage *before* I pay with CC. Also make the "download receipt" work

   Advise that there will be a charge for using a credit card before I pay with CC. Also make the "download receipt" work - I received an error when I tried to download the receipt.

5. Invoice is not itemized. Have no idea where this amount came from.

   Need to itemized labor by hour and remover/drying amounts. Looks like just a made-up flat fee.
