If there is a fee associated with taking a debit or credit card, clearly show such
I was given an invoice with 3 options to pay, debit, credit, or echeck. I quickly opted to use my bank credit card as it was most convenient to load the funds on it and then pay. Later I am informed there is a 3% fee for using Credit.... Had I known upfront I would have done this differently so as to avoid the almost $200 fee.

Refused to allow us to pay in person
We live in Dover, New Hampshire, and we found it most unusual that we were not allowed to stop in to the office (if there is an office?) to pay on our bill, and pay ahead for ordered parts.
SInce parts were being ordered it would have been nice if we could have payed in advance in good faith and pay our previous bill.

Issue with the payment system??
I have about 70 clients that pay monthly, and each month for the past 3-4 months, I've had approximately 3-6 different people have issues where they can't pay. The strangest one was this week, one client said the system kept saying it does not accept Mastercard. However, normally it does.
