  1. Put the links to pay and open invoice at the top. Rest of message below. Its the same every month.

    I waste time searching for the pay link - I open the invoice - not there, I plow thru the same message - oh and there it is off the screen at the bottom. Put the pay link top right of the email

  2. please take down the option on your website that gives the illusion you can pay from there. It is too confusing and time consuming to be up

  10. Put an invoice notification on the dashboard

    When I open the dashboard, it would be nice if there was a message alerting me to an invoice that I need to pay. Currently, I have to go to my inbox to find it and then link over. I think it'd be very convenient to have it all on my dashboard in a category called "invoices"

  11. Display text indicating about when the recipient will receive payment.

    I saw a post below saying it will be 5-7 days before recipient will receive payment. I thought it would be 2-3 days at most. 5-7 day window will make my payment late.

  12. Move the type of payment button ahead of card details

    I entered my card details and then chose credit card, and all info was wiped out and I had to input it again. Just move that field to appear first.
