send out bill closer to when it is due. If I don't pay it when I see it, it gets lost in my e-mails but then I am paying it way early.
send bill closer to when it is due - I usually pay it when I receive it because if I don't, it gets lost in the hundreds of emails I receive so, the bill is actually getting paid way before it is due.

expiration date
when I clicked on my card, everything comes up except that secret number and the expiration date. I know the secret number but not the expiration date and it took me a few days to get that together. like I have nothing else to do, I know, but...and I just realized that the expiration date does come up when I click and my cards appear but it doesn't get registered. it would be easier to have that register as well as the card number. thanks for asking and stay safe!

Pending on my iPhone was very frustrating. I could not view all the boxes, all the time. Maybe in the future make this possible
To repeat what others have requested, make this iPhone friendly. Also, to Greenway, please send an invoice that I can print.

Don't charge customers for service that they haven't received. For example: sending out invoices for the month of May aksing for payment
don't ask customers to pay for services they havent received. Example:
sending out invoices for May when its still April. Then you charge a late fee too.1 vote -
