I am trying to find a way to track emails I have sent out to my Customers (IE ESTIMATES AND INVOICES. ) I was told on the phone with customer service that there is not a way to verify this unless I CC Myself on those Emailed transactions or call the customer (? seriously ) . This is a huge Inconvenience to me as all of the transactions will now come to my Inbox . (depending on the flow of work orders and Invoices created the emails become lost in a sea all other transactions I receive throughout the day.
As a recent transition from QuickBooks Desktop that is a HUGE loss for us to suddenly lose the ability to track this information.
I am attaching a screenshot of an example from our previous desktop where this information was extremely easy to locate and track under the customers transaction list.
I could see each Estimate / Invoice and email that was created and sent out.
Also a copy was then located inside of my "Sent Folder" in my emails . If I didnt have access for any reason to my Quickbooks desktop I was still able to locate the transactions in my sent folder and NOT as a new email in my Inbox.
