Single download of invoice and receipt. Essentially, an invoice that is marked "Paid".
Instead of presenting an option to download the invoice before paying, just let me pay. Then, let me download the invoice with all its available detail, and mark it "Paid" with all the relevant payment details shown.

Maybe a statement That has each week of the month rather than an invoice for each rental
You can also set up a memorized transaction that shows how you got to this number. It might just eliminate a whole lot of emails back and forth. Confusion and Ill will

It would be nice to have more payment options.
Have you considered offering PayPal or Zelle? There's no need to dig for a credit/debit card or look up bank info with them. Regardless, we're happy with the job done.

Accept the transfer from my Chase bank account! (Why doesn't it work???)
I sent this note to my vendor with the screenshot that's attached: See attached. I tried paying this from my bank the other day so to avoid your incurring the credit card charge. This problem has happened before with another company I work with. I spent a half-hour trying to get an answer from Intuit but since I don't have an account they said the "customer" (you) needs to contact them. There really is no reason this payment didn't go through.

Would like to see a list of any pending invoices and also historical paid invoices.
Need to be able to see any unpaid invoices. I missed 3 payments because I never got the email!

Name the receipt when downloaded with the same ffilename as the invoice.
Currently when downloading the receipt, the file name defaults to "receipt" and I have to manually rename it to something meaningful - like the invoice number. An invoice when downloaded already has a meaningful name and the same process could be applied.

Allow automatic payments that are edited from the invoice amount.
When you edit the amount of an invoice you loose the ability to set up automatic payments. This is a problem when maybe three people are spitting a rent invoice. It's worse when there are penalties for late payment. I dont see why you restrict this. A person shoud be free to pay what they need.

Automatically remove the credit card fee when someone selects to pay with bank information instead.
Price was sent to me assuming the use of a credit card and automatically adding the 4% processing fee. The price should send stating the cost and only when the payment method is chosen should it state the additional fee for use of credit card, or none at all when the choice is made to use the bank information. This system now thinks I have an outstanding balance for that amount of the credit card fee if I had chosen to pay with credit card, which I did not.

Smaller invoices.
The question posed by QuickBooks after I used this website to pay an ungodly amount of money for my daughter's college room & board is ""tell us how we can make paying an invoice better."" or, alternatively, "how can we improve your experience paying invoices online?" I am glad Quickbooks is aware that there is space for an improvement in the experience of paying a bill online, because the fact is, it is an experience that could do with some improvement. If the invoice had a running list of progress payments with payment dates as part of the net balance total.
Otherwise, I must keep track of previous progress payments offline in a spreadsheet.

Allow ability to pay a certain day.
I pay all my bills the same day but set day for due date because my deposits are different times of the month. But this is the one that I have to wait to pay because it wont let me pick a future day.

Imported invoices should follow preference for online payment
When creating an invoice manually on in QB Online, creditcard payments are enabled by default.
When uploading 100 invoices, it is turned off.
There is NO REASON why the company preference should not be followed on upload.
Particularly true since there is no way to batch enable CC payments for a group of invoices.1 vote -
Batch edit invoices to change credit card option
Allow company to batch edit invoices to allow customers to pay online.
USE CASE: If I create a single invoice manually in quickbooks online, the option for the customer to pay online is turned on by default. If I upload a hundred invoices, credit card payment is turned off.
