Fix bug which drops the leading zero from my routing number
I've been able to pay via EFT from several different accounts, except for my one account that has a leading zero in the routing number. I'd bet a paycheck that you're dropping that leading zero, thereby invalidating the routing number. To make matters worse, you then issue an incorrect error message, "Failed - Try again later."

Send an invoice(s) and allow payment on line.
Many on this site have commented and desire to be able to see and pay past invoice amounts on line.

Ability to reject incorrect invoices
No option exists to reject an invoice - specifically if one was sent to you by mistake.

In the name entry you are asked for first and last name which doesn't work. It should be specified and last, first.
- Allow pasted account numbers
- Ask for last then first name instead of first and last name. This is confusing until I tried the second method. If that is the way you want please specify it that way.

I'm a new customer. I agree with c mosts comments below. it would ce to see all bills online. Also, you texted me and asked for my email so you could sent an online bill. I received the first bill today followed my ( on the same day) a REMINDER that my payment had not yet been received. So - give me a minute. I always pay everything on time, and it was a little frustrating to read. Thanks for the quick and good work. Hope we can work together in the future. I am interested in the monthly maintenance…

It seems you told my browser to open a Google page. I *DO*NOT* want you sharing my financial data w Google. CAN IT!
When may payee's email sent me to the payment page, my network monitoring software indicated you were trying to open a link to Google. Most users wouldn't see this surreptitious link to Google so it is a REALLY SLIMY business tactic.
If you DO share info with Google, you should get an explicit opt-in from users, and only after describing what data you will let Google take from my transaction. This is the sort of deception that invites restrictive laws. I will cheer on those laws.
